Enquires for handmade silk carpet are getting more numerous in our factory recently, eighty percent of them is our new clients which are from Middle East, Europe and North America. our factory asks all staff to follow strictly the rules: We must give a reply to our new clients within 24 hourse after receipt of their inquiry, we must send our clients enough carpet photos and latest price list, we must pay a return visit to our new client within a week and give them a satisfactory reply for their question.
