Q: Can you knit rug by my own design?
A: You can. We have special department in charge of your order. Our customer can ask us for process handmade rug by their own design, size, quality and others special requirement.
Q: Do you submit sample?
A: We do. We can send 1 piece of sample to you at a special price.
Q: Can I replace the rug after I purchase it?
A: Yes, you can. You can replace any another rug what in same density and in same size, also you should pay the freight.
Q: How do you pack the rug?
A: We pack the rug by inner plastic bag and outside chemical bag in roll.
Q: How should I make payment?
A: By T/T in advance, or by L/C.
Q: Can you give me a special price?
A: Of course, we can. When you are our regular customer or purchase in large quantity, we would consider giving you a more competitive price.
Q: How do you deliver the rug?
A: Usually, we send the rug by Air, by Sea, or by UPS, by THL and so on. the carpet will be sent within 3 days after we have your payment.
